Job Description:
  • Experience on Windchill PLM. Experience or Team center PLM
  • Lead the development of end-to-end implementation of PLM projects.
  • Should have experience in ESI integration with Windchill solutions to guide the Team.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Has a strong technical background, including application planning and architecture.
  • Be able to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Work with both internal and external teams to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and provide technical support. Collaborate with cross-functional team members.
  • Manage team members, plan resources, and hire and develop talent. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Align technology to support business objectives.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree ( Mechanical/ Production Engineering) preferred and/or 15  - 20  years of relevant experience in digital environments.
  • Demonstrated ability in managing multiple priorities and projects across varying brands or business units.
  • Experience on Windchill or Teamcenter PLM with CAD knowledge
  • Experience in ESI Integration and ERP Systems.
  • Good communication and soft skills along with good interpersonal and team skills are essential.
  • Ability to influence and coordinate cross-organization teams to implement important technical priorities.
