Purpose

The 340B Analyst is an important team member supporting the Pharmacy department, which is essential for achieving the dual mission of Full Circle Health. The 340B Analyst shall be accountable for 1) 340B Program Compliance, 2) Monthly Audits/Reporting, 3) Information support systems/technology development and 4) Ongoing updates and staff education.

The 340B Analyst works closely with the Director of Pharmacy Services as well as staff from pharmacy, clinical support, reception, and provider departments.

Qualifications


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or healthcare administration; combination of 5 years of professional pharmacy or analytical experience and education considered. If not already achieved, become 340B Certified within 2 years of date of hire.

Experience

  • Combination of 5 years of professional pharmacy or analytical experience and education considered.

  • Previous 340B Pharmacy, pharmacy technician or business analyst experience preferred.

Licensure / Certification

  • Certified Technician with current state of Idaho Pharmacy Technician license preferred.

  • Meets established Credentials Committee requirements for Pharmacy Technician scope of practice including fully credentialed, licensed and privileged as well as the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
