Tillman FiberCo (TFC) is building a 100% fiber network to support the next generation of broadband services. TFC is a portfolio company of Tillman Global Holdings, a holding company focused on building premier digital infrastructure businesses globally. We have an incredible opportunity for a sales operations analyst to support our business development team by identifying areas of improvement, implementing processes, and prioritizing efficiency to enable TFC to bring 100% fiber broadband service to properties within targeted geographic boundaries.


Requirements and Responsibilities

  • CRM Management - Manage the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) system HubSpot, performing user management, troubleshooting, data management and validation, and implementing automation while partnering with IT for more complex enhancements of the platform.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting – Gather and analyze data from multiple systems to identify trends and insights, generating impactful reports for leadership on key performance indicators. Provide ad-hoc reporting as requested.
  • Campaign Development - Develop sales and marketing campaigns based on insights from data analysis to increase ROA win-rate and market penetration.
  • CRM Support & Training - Provide training and support on how to use the CRM system, resolve user issues alongside HubSpot’s support team, and maintain compliance with key data entry processes.
  • Integrations - Assist with the integration of CRM systems with other business platforms and 3rd party systems such as SiteTracker by partnering with IT and providing business requirements. 
  • Documentation – Create and maintain detailed documentation of business development processes.
  • Commission Processing – Calculate monthly sales commission payments according to plan rules and policies, maintaining detailed records of calculations and adjustments 


What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Analysis, or related analytical role supporting a Sales or Marketing organization
  • 2-3 years of experience as a CRM superuser, with responsibilities including creating and managing automations, data management, system enhancements, integrations, and reporting.
  • 2-3 years of experience performing data analysis using sales and marketing data
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, pivot tables, pivot charts, etc.)


Preferred Qualifications:

  • HubSpot Certifications (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Reporting)
  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools 
  • Knowledge of marketing concepts
  • Previous experience in Telecom or Cable industries
