Description

Everi is looking for talented Project Manager to join our Loyalty Development Team! This position is responsible for managing our technical projects through the solution delivery lifecycle to ensure products are delivered on time and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will be an expert at planning, priority setting, as well as collaboration, teamwork, and conflict management.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Develop and review project plans to assess timelines, resources, funding, and procedures.
  • Lead assigned projects by gathering requirements, creating schedules, overseeing production, and managing technical activities.
  • Monitor project priorities, issues, and progress, providing reports to management as necessary.
  • Communicate customer feature requests to drive product innovation.
  • Review and evaluate vendor proposals.
  • Act as a liaison between internal and external teams, monitoring timelines and milestones.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on key metrics for the requirements process.
  • Stay updated on industry advances to enhance processes and product efficiency, researching and evaluating new technologies.
  • Provide technical guidance throughout project analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Assist leadership in tracking department objectives, defining KPIs, and generating reports.
  • Negotiate minor changes to project specifications and scope as needed.
  • Ensure the health, timeliness, and success of projects across various disciplines.

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise Needed for the Job:

  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, as well as software development life cycle (SDLC) principles.
  • Skilled in problem-solving techniques.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while considering scope, schedule, budget, and quality constraints.
  • Expertise in Azure Dev Ops and Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Visio, Project, and TFS.
  • Profound understanding of computer science, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
  • Extensive knowledge of personal computer and network server hardware, along with various computer peripherals.
  • Preferably 2-4 years of experience in a business analyst or project management role, with a preference for gaming or casino operations experience.

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case's facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $74,800 - $84,200 annually.
