Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality software support to German-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Guide users through software features, installations, and updates to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all customer interactions and issues.
  • Work closely with technical and development teams to escalate and resolve advanced software problems.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest software updates and company products.

Requirements

  • Fluent German language skills (spoken and written) are essential; English proficiency is an advantage.
