You will be responsible for converting leads into orders and nurturing long-term customer relationships 📈. Fluency in English and proficiency with CRM tools (Go High Level) are essential for managing communications and workflow efficiently.Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound Leads & Conversion:
• Organize and manage leads from multiple channels (Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads, Yelp) 🌐.
• Enter relevant leads into CRM (Go High Level) and focus on converting them into orders 💼.
• Collaborate with the art team to create mockups and proposals for customers 🎨.
• Respond to cold email leads and inbound calls to assess customer needs ☎️.
• Ongoing Conversions:
• Nurture relationships with existing customers to convert leads into repeat orders 🤝.
• Identify short- and long-term customer needs and document them for follow-up 📋.
• Reporting:
• Provide weekly/monthly reports on lead acquisition, conversion rates, and customer needs 🗂️.
