• Delivering outstanding customer support to our Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Effectively handling client inquiries and resolving issues professionally and promptly.
• Documenting client interactions accurately in our CRM system for efficient follow-up.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure comprehensive and effective client solutions.
• Staying informed about our products and services to provide accurate information to clients.

Requirements

What We Are Looking For:

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and verbal); proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
