The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Analytics Consultant (all genders) to join our team. In this role, you will support the analysis and optimization of our clients' digital marketing efforts through the use of various analytics tools and methodologies. You will work closely with senior consultants and other team members to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.

The Position

As a new Digital Analytics Consultant (all genders) within our team, you’ll spend your time:

  • Collecting, processing, and analysing digital data from multiple sources, including websites, social media, and advertising platforms.
  • Developing and maintaining regular performance reports and dashboards to monitor key metrics.
  • Supporting the implementation and configuration of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and others.
  • Assisting with the setup and management of web tracking through Adobe Launch and other tag management systems.
  • Conducting detailed analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in digital marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and clients to define measurement strategies and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Presenting findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital analytics and marketing.

Qualifications

Digital Analytics Consultant Essentials:

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Informatics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • You have a basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and analytics methodologies.
  • You possess experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.
  • You are familiar with Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager or other tag management systems.
  • You have experience with web tracking implementation and troubleshooting.
  • You are proficient in JavaScript and HTML.
  • You have proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are eager to learn and grow in the field of digital analytics.
  • You are fluent in German (a must-have).
