We are seeking a detail-orientated Business Analyst with a focus on generative AI projects to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise gathering and documenting requirements, conducting data analysis, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective AI solutions, automation improvements and streamlined services for the operational teams to use. Your work will directly impact patient care, operational efficiency, and the development of innovative healthcare solutions.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Taking complete ownership of user requirements from draft to implementation
  • Interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, business managers, application user representatives, project managers, developers, and testers
  • Interviewing stakeholders to provide comprehensive user requirement definitions.
  • Planning and running meetings among stakeholders to drive user requirement generation and/or to educate stakeholders on planned implementations.
  • Building user requirement documentation according to client or internal Clario processes
  • Analysing existing application capabilities and working with stakeholders to define scope of changes and release roadmaps
  • Educating testers and developers to ensure understanding of requirements and specifications.
  • Coordinating and overseeing User Interface Testing with key stakeholders.
  • Drafting and implementing user guides and trainings for products.
  • Understanding the unique needs of the Imaging business unit.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and engineers, to implement AI solutions.
  • Maintaining a complete listing of prioritized features and assisting in building business justification
  • Working collaboratively with Clario operational and business leaders to define product strategies and requirements and work with programmers and data scientists to develop roadmap showing deliverables, schedule, features and benefits
  • Ensuring that the products support the company's overall strategy and goals
  • Provide ongoing support and training to users on new AI systems and processes.
  • Ensure that AI projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

What We Look For
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or related field required.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role will be considered in lieu of a degree
  • 3+ years’ of proven experience as a Business Analyst. Experience in AI, pharmaceuticals or imaging services a plus.
  • Understanding of generative AI technologies and their business applications.
  • Strong understanding of Requirement Analysis and Specification
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycles
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex issues
  • Proven ability to manage meetings
  • Competency with MS Office
  • Ability to work in a remote team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and complete work within allocated time frames
