We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Business Automation Manager to join our dynamic cross-functional team. This role requires a proactive approach to supporting various data analytics projects, refining operational procedures, and implementing cutting-edge automation tools. You will work closely with our Head of Operations to optimize workflows, contribute to strategic planning, and collaborate with the Customer Care team and Tech team to ensure our operational milestones align with the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be analytical and data-driven: Support the team on various data analytics projects, such as conducting doctor supply forecasts to balance doctor supply with patient demand on the platform; analyzing retention cohorts to understand how different operational measures impact user retention and supporting the customer success team in deriving measures to improve retention; and improving the dynamic pricing algorithm to optimize revenue while keeping retention high. The candidate needs to access and analyze various data sources (database and data warehouse) and will work closely with the Customer Care team (Success and CRM), Tech team, and Mission Head on these projects.
• Leverage SQL for automations: Utilize SQL and analytical skills to support the development of low-code Operations Interfaces (Retool, Make, proprietary code), streamline operational processes, and enhance the scalability and efficiency of the TeleClinic platform. Implement automation solutions to drive operational effectiveness and support platform growth.
  
  

Qualifications:

Please notice: for this position a working VISA for Germany and a high German language level are required.

• 1-3 years of experience in a startup or high-growth company environment.
• Proficiency in SQL and JavaScript; familiarity with low-code, no-code tools is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Business Informatics, Business, or Informatics.
• Fluent in German and English
