This role oversees day‑to‑day project operations, scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. Responsibilities include developing and managing project schedules, assigning and directing field personnel, coordinating subcontractors, resolving project issues, and monitoring labor, costs, and progress against contract requirements and organizational goals.
