VP Mentorship chez Commerce-undergraduate

• Works closely with the external team to contact potential mentors

for the mentorship program

• Lead the Mentorship program - HR Connect 

• Review mentee applications and connect with suitable mentors

• Organize an opening and closing event for mentors and mentees

• Host workshops and events specific to each Mentorship Program.

• Organize an event at the end of the year to thank participants and

mentors

• Attend weekly executive team meetings

• Past event planning experiences is a key asset

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

• Able to work independently and in a group setting - thrives in a

• team-based environment
