What You’ll Do

The Care Center Operations Lead is a leadership role for high-performing CTMs/CTM IIs ready to grow beyond an individual-contributor role. Reporting to, and partnering closely with, the Practice Manager, this role supports the operational infrastructure of SOL Mental Health care centers across the assigned Care Center(s) — serving as a lead point of contact for Care Team Members, supervising a subset of CTMs, and driving consistency across a growing number of location and clinicians.

This role offers an opportunity to develop the skills and experience that can position you for future Practice Manager opportunities: it combines hands-on operational coordination with growing responsibility for training, workflow implementation, and cross-site collaboration, building the leadership skills needed to manage a Care Center independently.

Team Leadership & Support

  • Serve as lead resource and point of contact for CTMs across the assigned market or sub-market
  • Supervise a subset of CTMs directly (including providing direct oversight on daily tasks and assignments, coaching to metrics-based outcomes, performance management when needed)
  • Provide one-on-one training and support when new workflows, processes, or systems are introduced
  • Troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues and escalate appropriately
  • Support a positive team culture and contribute to CTM development

Provider & Location Readiness

  • Support new provider onboarding: build provider templates in Insync, create/manage provider schedules pre-start, and coordinate overall launch readiness
  • Oversee office and room setup for new providers and locations (equipment, computer availability, facilities coordination)
  • Maintain and regularly update contact lists for care center offices in the assigned market

Operational Improvement

  • Identify and lead operational improvements in partnership with the Practice Manager and Director of Operations
  • Support implementation and communication of operational initiatives, policies, and process changes
  • Monitor office readiness and flag opportunities to improve workflows, communication, and efficiency across locations
  • Partner with the Care Team Member Preceptor on SOL-wide materials and processes

As Needed: CTM Functions

This role maintains hands-on operational fluency and may perform full CTM duties as needed — including patient scheduling, check-in, insurance verification, copay collection, EHR management, and other front-of-house responsibilities — consistent with SOL's standards for patient experience and compliance.
