The Youth Skills Trainer is responsible for delivering engaging, practical training that helps young people develop essential life skills. Staff must be comfortable teaching hygiene skills to a female.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver interactive skills-training sessions for youth.
• Support participants in developing various life skills.
• Provide mentoring, guidance, and constructive feedback.
• Track participant progress and maintain training records.
• Collaborate with staff, families, and community partners as needed.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience working with children/teens
• High school diploma or GED
• Drivers license, reliable vehicle, and vehicle insurance
