Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) seeks an Associate Director, Clinical Training. This job reports to the Director of Clinical Operations, CAPS at PPFA. This role is on a team which focuses on the development of an overarching strategy related to current and future threats to abortion, increasing access to abortion, best practices in abortion service delivery and patient-centered care, and the development of cutting-edge clinical standards and guidance for SRH care.
Planned Parenthood Federation of America seeks a highly motivated, self-directed individual to support the delivery of high-quality, equitable abortion services. The Associate Director, Clinical Training will collaboratively develop and deliver new - and integrate pre-existing - tools and training resources to create and maintain a standardized, cohesive, and accessible suite of resources that support staff onboarding, training, and resilience in the areas of clinical abortion service delivery and equity, and patient and staff experience. They will provide training in the areas of abortion service delivery, customer service, and the integration of drivers of equity into abortion delivery systems. They will also expand training to other SRH service delivery topics (such as contraceptive care).
TRAVEL: Approximately 75% domestic travel throughout the U.S.
