Who We Are
We are a rapidly expanding branded partner for Optimum Communications – a major U.S. telecommunications provider offering fiber-powered Internet, Mobile, TV, and voice services to customers across 21 states. You'll work in our retail stores, helping residential customers connect to the above essential services.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Product Knowledge
- Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
- Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend the right products or service packages.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectations.
- Explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.
Customer Experience
- Provide a positive, professional, and solution-focused customer experience.
- Build customer relationships and create long-term brand loyalty.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals.
Team & Organizational Success
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive, performance-driven culture.
Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Must be comfortable proactively approaching walk-in customers, explaining plans and promotions clearly, and handling customer objections.
- Must be able to build repeat-customer relationships and maintain long-term brand loyalty.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs.
- Must be willing to support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius when needed and have reliable transportation.
- At least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience selling products or services is preferred.
- Wireless, mobile, cable, internet, telecommunications, big-box retail, and experience selling upgrades or add-ons are strongly preferred.
- Eligibility to work in the United States is a plus.
