- Deliver customer projects independently using the RELEX project process
- Using your experience, work closely with customers to understand their use cases
- Solve complex problems to fulfil the customer requirements
- Configure our platforms for customer-specific needs
- Work collaboratively with internal and customer teams to validate customer data
- Train customers and be the recognised subject matter expert
- Work closely with technical teams and project managers
- Hands-on consulting and product expertise for new retail customers on space optimization and automation, and price & promotion campaign evaluation, forecasting, optimization, and automation
- An experienced Space Planner
- A structured and analytical professional
- Agile mindset and ability to adjust to a changing environment
- Capability to interact confidently with customer teams
- Ability to independently drive progress with a holistic mindset
- A team player enjoying working with people from different backgrounds
- Ability to map customer requirements and translate those into software configuration
- Comfortable with occasional travel across Europe and potentially globally

M.Sc. or higher
- Category Management experience
- Have experience working as an Implementation Specialist, Business Consultant or similar in or towards the retail space
- Strong proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Are always service-minded with an ability to solve real and complex problems
- Proven ability to gather requirements, carry out process design, training, and user testing support
