Requirements

The primary responsibility of the Business Development Specialist is to make B2B outbound sales calls to prospective clients (offering janitorial and non-janitorial services), qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for our sales team.

What you will do...

• Prospect and develop new commercial business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Schedule qualified appointments with decision-makers.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using our CRM.
• Conduct professional needs assessments and present customized facility solutions.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
• Consistently meet or exceed activity and revenue goals.

Requirement:

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• B2B sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Comfortable making cold calls and developing new business.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
