Requirements

• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service
• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish various surfaces
• Change linens, make beds, and restock supplies (towels, toiletries, etc.)
• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management
• Follow cleaning checklists and company standards
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly
• Ensure high levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization
• Respond to guest or resident requests in a timely, courteous manner
• Maintain confidentiality and respect privacy of guests/residents
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Solutions-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Education (Optional / Adjustable)

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred (management/executive roles)
