As an International Program Manager, you will be at the forefront of executing strategic programmes to support market entries, platform migrations, and significant regulatory changes. In addition, you will drive cross-area product initiatives that require collaboration across multiple product and technology teams. This role is ideal for someone with solid programme management foundations from a technology company who is eager to learn and grow within our organisation.
What the role involves
- Manage end-to-end delivery of key initiatives, including expansion into new markets, compliance with evolving regulations, and major platform transitions
- Work closely with Product, Technology, Compliance, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of initiatives
- Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and structured manner
- Identify potential roadblocks early and proactively drive resolutions
- Support continuous improvements in our ways of working
- Maintain clear programme tracking, status reports, and key performance updates
What we are looking for
- 5–10 years of experience in programme or project management, preferably in tech, digital, or gaming industries
- Exposure to complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams
- Ability to structure and prioritise work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with data to track programme success and inform decision-making
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to learn and adapt in a fast-moving environment
- The ability to bring structure and rigour to complex, fast-paced environments whilst remaining adaptable to changing priorities
