Job Description
**Business Analyst - Responsibilities**
Experience - 3 to 6 years
CPBA Certification Mandatory
Early Joiner Preferred
- Evaluate business processes for automation opportunities and lead requirements gathering through client meetings, interviews, and workshops
- Support the development and execution of robotic process automation (RPA) and digital transformation initiatives, including user requirements planning, process review facilitation, and process modeling
- Conduct requirements analysis and develop business cases to identify Business Process Management (BPM) opportunities aligned with organizational goals
- Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies based on industry best practices
- Communicate insights, analysis results, and recommendations to cross-functional teams, management, and stakeholders through clear reporting and presentations
- Perform user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business requirements
- Prioritize initiatives and monitor project deliverables to ensure timely completion
- Collaborate with clients, subject matter experts, and architects to deliver solutions that support digital transformation objectives
