Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming inventory and materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems.
• Coordinate the timely distribution of parts and supplies to technicians and departments.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliation to prevent shortages and overstock.
• Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
• Collaborate with purchasing and operations teams to forecast inventory needs.
• Assist with shipping and receiving documentation and processes.

Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Knowledge of safety protocols in warehouse settings.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
