Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients on behalf of Booking.com via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, payments, and general service issues efficiently and professionally.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system for quality assurance and process improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to provide effective solutions and enhance service quality.
- Stay up-to-date with Booking.com products, policies, and industry trends to deliver informed assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- No experience needed, but willingness to learn!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece with support provided.
