Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to online banking services, accounts, transactions, and security in German.
  • Provide guidance on products and services, helping customers navigate banking platforms effectively.
  • Assist with issue resolution, including troubleshooting technical problems and resolving billing or account discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Exceptional fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • A minimum proficiency of B2 in English is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in banking or financial services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to handle complex inquiries efficiently and provide timely solutions.
  • Experience using CRM software and other customer support tools.
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece; relocation expenses will be fully covered.
