The Rachel West Farmers Insurance Agency is seeking a reliable and motivated representative to join our Agency on a part-time basis. Compensation is $9 an hour for Part Time, three days a week M-W 1-7PM

Responsibilities:

• Make phone calls to connect with potential clients
• Strong phone presence with the ability to navigate difficult conversations effectively
• Manage email communication and maintain accurate records
• Stay organized and keep up with daily workflow in a timely manner
• Produce accurate leads

Requirements

• Able to work with multiple screens proficiently and with Auto Dialer System
• Has professional phone skills, as well as communication skills
• Proficiency in Typing, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe
• Ability to stay organized, multitask, and work well with others
• Must be able to pass and pay for a Background Check
• Valid driver’s license
• Accept a drug test

Schedule: Monday - Wednesday, 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
