IT Asset and Lifecycle Coordinator chez Ripple IT
Ripple IT · Atlanta, États-Unis d'Amérique · On-site
- Bureau à Atlanta
Description
Ripple IT is hiring an IT Asset and Lifecycle Coordinator to help us deliver a seamless employee and client experience across onboarding, hardware logistics, inventory, and ongoing operational execution. This role is a client-facing employee lifecycle and procurement function focused on creating a smooth technology experience while improving efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction as we scale.
This person will be based onsite at Saltbox (West Midtown - Atlanta) five days a week and will serve as the operational hub between clients, internal teams, devices, inventory, and shipping/receiving.
Mission for a Ripple IT Asset and Lifecycle Coordinator:
To make Ripple clients feel human, especially when they are onboarding or off-boarding. To solve problems - and prevent future ones - using smart thinking. To become a better person in the process and help us become better people for knowing you.
Our Values:
Assume Good Intentions
Ripplers assume that others have good intentions, even when we vigorously disagree.
Listening to others without presuming malice allows for constructive discussion and lets us focus on the problem.
Best is Best
We endeavor to find the best ways to do things, even (especially) if it means learning something new. This means practicing vulnerability and shelving ego. It also means that anything that has been codified can be de-codified and replaced with something better.
Caring Comes First
No one cares how much you know, until they know how much you care. We demonstrate this by listening, guiding, explaining and following-up. Showing someone that you care is expression plus action.
Support Each Other
We are a team built on love and it is incumbent upon each of us to support each other and help one another grow. We practice candor with kindness, we listen to each other, and we help one another with challenges personal and professional, big and small.

- Support hardware disposition and related operational documentation, including Certificates of Destruction where needed.
