In this role, you’ll be the control point between Service Delivery and Finance, ensuring purchase requisitions are accurate, compliant, and aligned with IFRS principles. You’ll gain hands‑on experience in cost classification, financial reporting, and stakeholder collaboration with UK‑based teams, while strengthening governance and driving process improvements. As a Purchase Requisition & Controls Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of Civica’s procurement and finance operations. This role gives you the chance to raise, review, and support PRs that directly influence how the business runs, ensuring every requisition is accurate, compliant, and aligned with IFRS principles. You’ll act as a key control point between Service Delivery and Finance, making sure costs are correctly classified, timed, and backed by clear business justification.
Beyond the numbers, this opportunity is about collaboration and communication. You’ll work closely with UK‑based colleagues and service delivery teams, building strong relationships while resolving queries and ensuring smooth processes. Your ability to communicate clearly in English — both spoken and written — will be central to bridging teams across geographies and functions.
Finally, this position offers a platform to grow your financial and analytical skills. With exposure to IFRS principles, cost classification, and reporting processes, you’ll build a strong foundation in finance while contributing to a global organization. Requirements
Apply, if you have;
- High level of spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate confidently with UKbased stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes.
- Willingness to learn and apply basic accounting and IFRS concepts.
- Confidence in raising queries and escalating issues appropriately.
- Ability to manage multiple PRs and priorities in a structured manner.
- Experience working within an organisation that operates in accordance with IFRS 15
- Willingness to work in Shift patterns as a key part of this role. Early start, late finish.
Desirable
- Exposure to Purchase Requisitions, procurement, finance operations, or shared service environments.
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts such as accruals, prepayments, and cost categorisation.
- Experience working with international stakeholders or global teams.
- Familiarity with ERP or purchasing systems.
