Description
Mobile Locker is a fast-growing international company offering smart locker solutions at festivals, events, and permanent locations across Europe.
We are looking for a Project Manager who takes full ownership of every project after the sales handover and ensures everything is executed smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard — both from the office and on the ground.
Responsibilities
- Taking over projects from the sales team and managing the full briefing and handover process
- Coordinating purchasing and procurement in close collaboration with the supply chain team
- Planning and overseeing installations end-to-end: transport, materials, technicians, and timing
- Travelling to project sites across Europe to oversee and actively participate in installations
- Taking a hands-on role on-site during installation and setup
- Monitoring and safeguarding quality throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Keeping clients informed on project progress, timelines, and any relevant updates
- Training and onboarding clients after successful installation
- Serving as the main point of contact for the end client — by phone and email — from handover to delivery
- Proactively identifying and resolving issues, delays, or deviations
Requirements
- You have a strong sense of structure and oversight, even when managing multiple projects simultaneously
- You work accurately and never lose track of the details
- You communicate proactively — both internally and towards clients
- You are hands-on and have no issue getting on-site and rolling up your sleeves
- You take full ownership of your projects from start to finish
- You switch easily between strategic planning and operational execution
- You are stress-resistant and solve problems quickly and pragmatically
- You collaborate well across teams — sales, supply chain, and field technicians
- You are open to regular travel across Europe for project installations
- Excellent knowledge of German and English (required) - Other languages are a strong plus
- Experience in project management, operations, or a coordinating role is a strong asset
- Background in technical installations or field operations is a strong plus
- Knowledge of electrical systems or basic electrical work is a strong asset
- Driver's licence (B)
