  • Demonstrated hands-on experience executing risk assessments, including risk identification, scoring, mitigation tracking, and residual risk evaluation.
  • Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and frameworks, with the ability to apply them pragmatically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex risk concepts to non-technical and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and organizational discipline.
  • Demonstrated proactiveness and ownership, particularly in managing follow-ups and ensuring timely resolution of open items.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience

  • Risk management experience within fintech, payments, or technology organizations.
  • Experience working closely with product teams and familiarity with product development lifecycles, particularly for payment products and services.
  • Background in financial services or payments-related risk.
