Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day client relationships with responsiveness and follow-through
  • Keep projects on track—timelines, deliverables, and next steps always clear
  • Help translate client feedback into actionable direction for internal teams
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (strategy, creative, medical, PM) to move work forward
  • Prep teams for MLR submissions and help manage revisions through the process
  • Stay close to the details—nothing slips, nothing stalls
  • Track scopes, budgets, and project status with accuracy
  • Bring organization and clarity to fast-moving workflows

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a pharma or healthcare agency
  • Familiarity with MLR process and regulated environments (or a strong willingness to learn fast)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Clear, concise communication—internally and with clients
  • A proactive mindset—you don’t wait to be asked
  • Comfort working across multiple projects and teams at once

Pay Range- $85,000-$105,000
