Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service in German via phone, email, and chat, addressing questions related to video streaming platforms.
• Support customers with account management, subscription plans, and basic technical troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
• Stay informed about new video streaming products, updates, and promotions to provide up-to-date support.
• Work closely with team members to improve service effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal departments when necessary.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is mandatory; English proficiency is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the video streaming or technology industry.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Basic technical aptitude to assist customers with troubleshooting streaming issues.
• Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in Greece.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
