Mercier Consultancy MD is currently seeking skilled German-Speaking Customer Experts to support a leading electronics company in Greece. In this role, you will provide comprehensive customer assistance to German-speaking clients, ensuring excellent support related to electronic products, services, and technical inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer professional customer support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding electronic products and services.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues, providing product information, and resolving service-related inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal technical and sales teams to resolve complex customer concerns promptly.
- Stay up to date with new product developments, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate guidance.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve the overall customer experience and service quality.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support, preferably within the electronics industry.
- Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask and remain efficient in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
