POSITION SUMMARY

Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry is excited to welcome new dental graduates to join our team as Associate Dentists. This position offers a supportive environment for recent graduates to develop their clinical skills while providing high-quality dental care to our patients. The Associate Dentist will work closely with experienced dentists and office staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes and foster a positive office culture.

JOB DUTIES/EXPECTATIONS

  • Provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and restorative procedures under supervision and mentorship as needed.
  • Adhere to all office protocols, policies, and procedures to maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Conduct thorough clinical and radiographic examinations to identify dental conditions and implement appropriate treatment plans.
  • Educate patients on preventive oral care and hygiene practices.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including diagnosis and coding.
  • Participate actively in daily office huddles, team meetings, and ongoing training opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the office team to support positive culture and achieve performance goals.
  • Comply with OSHA and regulatory guidelines to ensure patient and staff safety.

QUALIFICATIONS

This position is ideal for recent dental school graduates seeking to gain professional experience in a supportive group practice setting. Candidates must be dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and eager to learn and grow within the Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry team.

Requirements

Educational and Licensing Requirements

  • Graduated from an accredited dental school with a DDS or DMD degree.
  • Valid state dental license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Malpractice insurance as required by state regulations.
  • Current CPR Certification.
