About the Role: Front Desk Agent
As our Front Desk Agent, you will play an integral role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Technical / Role-Specific Requirements
Front Desk / Guest Services:
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Familiarity with PMS systems (e.g., Opera) is a plus
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
