JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:                       

Power BI (35%)

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization.
• Translate business requirements into meaningful KPIs and visualizations
• Manage Power BI workspaces, datasets, refresh schedules, and security (RLS)

Power Apps (15%)

• Develop and maintain canvas Power Apps to support business processes.
• Integrate Power Apps with SharePoint and other data sources.
• Improve user experience through intuitive app design and automation.
• Troubleshoot, enhance, and support existing applications.

SharePoint (40%)

• Design, configure, and manage SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and permissions.
• Build SharePoint‑based solutions that support data collection, collaboration, and reporting.
• Integrate SharePoint with Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate
• Maintain documentation and governance standards for SharePoint solutions.

Collaboration & Support (10%)

• Gather requirements from business users and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
• Ensure solutions follow organizational/company security, governance, and compliance best practices.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

Requirements

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelors’ Degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Data or Computer Science AND 5-7 years of relevant experience

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Communication and collaboration with team and internal customers
• Problem solving and analysis/interpretation
• Develop and deliver solutions based on customer requirements
• Experience with Power BI

• Hands‑on experience developing Power Apps (canvas and/or model‑driven)
• Experience working with SharePoint Online, including lists, libraries, and permissions
• Strong understanding of data analysis, reporting, and business processes

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Experience with Power Automate (flows and integrations)
• Familiarity with Dataverse, SQL, Excel, or other data sources
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 security and governance
• Experience in project‑based environments
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (Power BI, Power Platform, or M365)

SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical users
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
