We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is integral to our daily operations and overall organizational success, supporting various administrative functions to ensure smooth business processes. Responsibilities
- Manage and organize company communications including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems accurately.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed to support various departments.
- Assist in tracking project progress and deadlines to help ensure timely completion.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and vendors, providing excellent customer service.
- Support the payroll and invoicing processes by collecting and verifying necessary information.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and invoicing procedures is preferred.
- A positive attitude and a collaborative approach to work within a small team setting.
