Located on HOMES Campus, Campo is a fast-rising, highly talked-about pizza concept built around Roman-style pies. They’re crispy, airy, and fermented for 72+ hours for incredible texture and flavor. Designed from the ground up by an industry veteran behind a nationally recognized pizza brand, Campo came together in just 90 days and has quickly become a go-to for guests looking for something different, thoughtful, and seriously good.
This is a rare opportunity to get in early on a concept that’s still evolving, still growing, and already making waves.
Our Campus kitchen is looking for a Line Cook to join the Campo team. What You’ll Do:
- Execute Roman-style pizzas with precision, honoring the process, dough, and ingredients every step of the way
- Support prep, fermentation, and service workflows in a system built for consistency and speed
- Own your station from setup through service and breakdown
- Communicate clearly with your team to keep service smooth, efficient, and positive
- Maintain a clean, organized, and dialed-in workspace (mise en place always)
- Stay curious: learn the “why” behind our dough, techniques, and menu
- Contribute ideas and feedback as the concept continues to evolve
- Jump in wherever needed, we’re building this together
Requirements
Who You Are:
- Passionate about food and excited by process-driven cooking (fermentation, dough, technique)
- Curious, coachable, and motivated to grow your skills
- Calm, focused, and reliable in a fast-paced kitchen
- A team player who leads with respect, awareness, and accountability
- Emotionally mature, can take feedback, communicate well, and support the team
- Takes pride in doing things the right way, not the easy way
- Brings good energy: grounded, positive, and here to make the team better
- Open to cross-training across HOMES concepts to stay dynamic and well-rounded
- Able to work a flexible schedule
- Physically able to stand for long periods, bend, and lift when needed
Experience very much preferred, but not required. We’re happy to train the right person with the right mindset once they're acclimated.

Pay:
- $17–$30/hour (based on experience)
Job Type:
