SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly qualified Specialist Orthodontist to join a prestigious multi-specialty clinic. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team of dental and medical professionals, providing comprehensive orthodontic care as part of an integrated healthcare environment.

As a Specialist Orthodontist in the multi-specialty clinic, you will diagnose and treat dental and facial irregularities, developing personalized treatment plans to improve function, aesthetics, and patient satisfaction. You will leverage your advanced orthodontic expertise and work closely with other specialists to deliver holistic patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed evaluations of patients’ dental and facial structures to diagnose orthodontic issues accurately.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using braces, aligners, and other orthodontic appliances.
  • Collaborate with other specialists in the clinic to provide integrated patient care that addresses complex dental and medical needs.
  • Monitor treatment progression and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Educate patients on their treatment plans, oral hygiene, and maintenance of orthodontic devices.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to case discussions for comprehensive treatment planning.
  • Stay current with advancements in orthodontics and related fields through continuous professional development.

Requirements

  • Dental degree with specialist certification in Orthodontics and valid license to practice.
  • Experience working in a multi-specialty clinical environment preferred.
  • Proven expertise in diagnosing and treating a broad range of orthodontic cases.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with various specialists.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple complex cases concurrently.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and adopting innovative orthodontic technologies.
  • Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a multidisciplinary setting.
