Mission
We are seeking qualified Turkish Operational Language Analysts (Level 3) to support national security operations by delivering accurate, timely cryptologic language intelligence that enables informed decision‑making across critical missions. This role applies advanced cryptologic language processing and analytical expertise to process, analyze, and report foreign‑language information in support of operational objectives.

Essential Job Function
Conduct advanced cryptologic language processing, including translation, transcription, gisting, quality control, and reporting. Responsibilities include target development, network analysis, and language and speaker identification, ensuring accuracy to meet mission requirements.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must have a current TS/SCI Clearance with CI Polygraph.
• 10 years full-time experience or 14 without degree.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4 additional years of work experience.
• ILR Skill Level 3 in Audio or Graphic.
• 10 years in crypto language processing, related language, and/or crypto experience.
• Related Language Experience: (In target language) oral translations, non-crypto audio/graphic translations, doc exploitation, formal teaching.
• Crypto Experience: target development, network analysis, drafting intel reports, speaker/language identification.
• 6 of 10 years in crypto language processing – above (OLA 2) plus QC’ing, and mentoring.
• 6 of 10 years has to be in the required language(s).
• 4 of 6 years performing crypto language processing.
• 3 of 6 years simply translating, transcribing, and gisting.
• 1 year experience QC’ing at ILR level 3 in target language.
• No more than 3 of 10 years reporting as primary duty.
• 1 of 6 years in target language has to be within 6 years of resume submission.
