Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and oversee project budgets ensuring alignment with accounting practices.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and accounting teams to ensure project goals are met.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments to schedules and resources as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, costs, and risks to senior management.
  • Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection and contract negotiations.
  • Resolve any issues or delays that may impact project timelines or costs.
  • Implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards throughout the construction process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Accounting, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, preferably within the accounting or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles as they relate to construction project budgeting and cost control.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
