Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and oversee project budgets ensuring alignment with accounting practices.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and accounting teams to ensure project goals are met.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments to schedules and resources as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, costs, and risks to senior management.
- Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection and contract negotiations.
- Resolve any issues or delays that may impact project timelines or costs.
- Implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards throughout the construction process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, preferably within the accounting or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles as they relate to construction project budgeting and cost control.
