What You’ll Do

• Review and enter invoices with accuracy
• Process vendor payments (including check runs)
• Maintain organized AP/AR records
• Post daily cash receipts and deposits
• Handle warranty cancellations and issue refunds
• Communicate with vendors regarding invoices and payments
• Assist with journal entries and general accounting tasks
• Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting

What You Bring

• AP/AR or general accounting experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working independently
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
