What You'll Do
- Drive new business development through prospecting, cold outreach, and field engagement
- Grow existing accounts by identifying expansion opportunities and increasing share of wallet
- Act as a trusted advisor—recommend hose, fittings, and fluid power solutions based on customer needs and applications
- Manage your territory strategically to meet and exceed revenue and gross profit targets
- Deliver impactful sales presentations and product recommendations
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking using CRM tools
Experience, Education and Skills
- BA/BS in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of outside sales, B2B sales, or business development experience
- Industry experience in industrial hose, hydraulics, fluid power, construction, manufacturing, or MRO strongly preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required for success in the territory
- Hands-on experience with hose assembly, repair, or application support
- Proven ability to prospect, close, and grow accounts in a competitive market
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain product applications
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with strong time management and territory planning abilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
