About the Role
Redhorse Corporation is seeking a skilled Cyber Exploitation Specialist to support advanced cyber collection, analysis, and operational initiatives within a mission-driven environment. This role focuses on leveraging technical expertise in electronic surveillance and cyber data analysis to support critical national security objectives. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, experience with collection systems, and the ability to operate effectively within a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support cyber exploitation and electronic surveillance operations, including collection, processing, and analysis of cyber data
- Utilize and maintain collection and monitoring systems to assess performance, identify issues, and implement solutions
- Troubleshoot collection system challenges and optimize data acquisition and processing workflows
- Analyze cyber data using established tools and methodologies to produce actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to support development, testing, and deployment of systems in production environments
- Contribute to projects supporting large user bases (100+ users) in government or commercial settings
- Prepare and deliver technical briefings and presentations to stakeholders, including industry professionals, on collection capabilities and operational processes
- Document findings, processes, and system performance in a clear and structured manner
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of specialized experience in cyber exploitation, electronic surveillance, or related technical field
- Demonstrated knowledge of cyber collection and processing systems, including capabilities and limitations
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues within collection or monitoring environments
- Hands-on experience using cyber analysis tools and platforms to evaluate data and system performance
- Proven experience working on development and/or testing efforts supporting production systems
- Experience working in a team-based technical environment (team size of three or more)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting technical material to diverse audiences
- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with ability to obtain a polygraph
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting federal government or national security missions
- Familiarity with modern cyber analytics platforms, SIEM tools, or network monitoring technologies
- Experience in DevSecOps or cloud-based cyber environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
