Scope:
As a Project Manager at RecordPoint, you’ll be the tactical driver of our implementation success, promoting excellence throughout the customer journey while leading solution deployments. Seated within our Customer Experience team, this role combines project leadership with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll manage the end-to-end delivery of RecordPoint solutions, ensuring projects are executed on-time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise will be crucial in transforming technical implementations into lasting customer partnerships, while maintaining a view of customer health and satisfaction outcomes. This role will report to the global Consulting Services Manager.
Initial contract term is 3 months with possibility to extend.
You'll be responsible for:
Managing implementations from initiation through production deployment, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards with a focus on customer satisfaction;
Creating comprehensive project documentation, milestone tracking, and stakeholder coordination from kick-off through successful transition to RecordPoint Support;
Serving as the liaison between customer stakeholders and internal teams, maintaining transparent communication and setting clear expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle;
Identifying opportunities for solution expansion while demonstrating continuous value delivery; and
Managing concurrent implementations in a fast-paced environment, showcasing strong prioritisation skills.
You'll do:
Develop project roadmaps through collaboration with clients, sales teams, customer success managers, and implementation specialists, including cost estimates, resource allocations, milestone frameworks, deliverable schedules, and communication strategies that align with business objectives and stakeholder needs;
Manage scope, timelines, and budgets while navigating change requests to maximise customer value;
Deliver transparent progress reporting to customers and stakeholders, ensuring clear visibility into project health, milestones, and financial tracking;
Identify and address potential risks with mitigation plans, safeguarding customer implementations and business outcomes;
Partner with clients through regular reviews to align project direction with their evolving business goals; and
Collaborate alongside Customer Success Managers and customers to develop Joint Value Plans.
You'll bring:
Education and Experience
3–5 years managing cloud implementations, with data management experience preferred;
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or equivalent experience;
Proven track record of delivering technology projects with direct business impact;
Understanding of current technology landscape and project management methodologies; and
Experience working with both Waterfall and Agile delivery approaches.

Proficient with project management tools.
