SearchPlus HR is seeking an experienced Specialist in Cardiac Anesthesia to join a leading healthcare hospital known for its excellence in cardiac care. This critical role requires expertise in providing anesthesia services tailored specifically to patients undergoing complex cardiac surgeries and interventions.

As a Specialist in Cardiac Anesthesia, you will be responsible for comprehensive pre-operative patient assessments, developing and implementing anesthetic plans, and delivering safe and effective anesthesia care during cardiac surgical procedures. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including cardiac surgeons, perfusionists, and nursing staff to optimize patient outcomes.

The role demands attention to detail, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to manage critically ill patients during high-risk surgeries.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Medical degree with specialization in Anesthesiology
• Board certification or equivalent in Cardiac Anesthesia is highly preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cardiac anesthesia within a hospital setting
• In-depth knowledge of cardiac physiology, pharmacology, and perioperative patient management
• Competence in advanced hemodynamic monitoring and cardiac anesthesia techniques
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to perform under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to patient safety protocols
