Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective German-speaking clients to introduce our services and promote our offerings
• Provide comprehensive support and information to potential customers during the acquisition process
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align customer engagement strategies
• Respond to any follow-up inquiries from prospects regarding our services
• Gather customer feedback to refine sales and service approaches
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, with strong verbal communication skills
• Experience in telesales, customer support, or a related field is preferred
• Proven ability to build rapport and engage effectively with clients
