Requirements

As an Executive Director at AdvisaCare, your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading the overall operation of the home care agency to ensure the highest quality of care is provided
• Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and best practices
• Ensuring the agency complies with state and federal regulations
• Managing staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
• Building strong relationships with clients, families, and referral sources
• Monitoring the agency's financial performance and implementing strategies for growth
• Creating a positive work environment that motivates staff and improves service delivery
• Must have direct hands on patient care!! Required

Qualifications:

• Degree in health care management, business administration, or related field preferred
• Proven leadership experience in home health care or a similar setting
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations related to home care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Clinical background is a plus but not mandatory
