Requirements

• Valid Life and Health Insurance License
• Proven experience in the insurance industry, preferably as a broker or agent
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and coverage options
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to industry changes
