Summary: Growing property management company looking for a motivated, self-starting Maintenance Tech to help with grounds work. We provide the truck and tools. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and the ability to work responsibly without direct supervision.

Responsibilities:

All lawn care, trimming, mowing using our brand new electric zero-turn mowers and equipment!

Manage 4-Wheeler, Snow Blower, Salter. and work with our Maintenance Team to keep roads and walks clear next winter.

Potential for training in all areas of property maintenance.

Requirements

Driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Can-do, positive attitude.

Highly motivated.

100% dependable.

$25/hour minimum starting pay
