Earning Potential

Compensation includes:

• $17/hour base pay
• Uncapped commission opportunities
• Average earnings: $50,000–$60,000 annually
• Top performers earn $80,000+ annually

What You'll Do

As an Outside Sales & Field Marketing Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact between Joyce and homeowners in the community.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging homeowners in local neighborhoods through door-to-door outreach
• Introducing Joyce’s home improvement solutions including windows, sunrooms, baths, and doors
• Generating interest and scheduling in-home consultations with our design consultants
• Representing the Joyce brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in the field
• Tracking daily activity and results through internal systems
• Contributing ideas and feedback from the field to improve marketing strategies
• Meeting and exceeding individual and team performance goals
